  • One Click Portal User Management: Simplified Contact portal access to a single click enabling or disabling portal users instantly, eliminating multi step friction.
  • Bulk Media Creation: Introduced a streamlined process to create multiple Media records simultaneously using associated sample locations, replacing the previous one by one manual approach.
  • Automated Data Backup: Established a scheduled backup process for the Salesforce org, with options for daily or weekly frequency, ensuring data is always protected and recoverable.
