4.1. We do not have access to your Salesforce Data and Salesforce org. You installed the app in your Salesforce environment and all code is copied to your Salesforce instance.

4.2. Shipping Carriers Integration. We transmit data to ‘Shipping Carriers companies’’ using Standard APIs provided by respected shipping companies. We don’t store, process, or transmit customers' Salesforce org data or metadata outside of Salesforce other than passing required information to shipping carriers.

For EU Data Protection Directive and this Agreement, Astonous Shipping Manager considers itself neither a “Data Processor” nor a “Data controller”. As such, Astonous Shipping Manager does not possess documentation for security measures that protect Your data as this is obtainable only from Salesforce. This does not mean that these security features are not present, but rather that Astonous Shipping Manager has no involvement nor bearing over the specific measures enacted to protect Your data or direct control of how data is processed.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
