The tech support contacts are very quick to respond when help is needed, the tool was built very efficiently, and it has been very successful/useful for our team. The only improvement point would be that occasionally, we run into error messages when using the tool and it is difficult to troubleshoot internally what the error message is referring to, so we often have to reach back out to the AppExchange support group and sometimes it is unclear what the issue was and how best to prevent it in the future (i.e. human error or issue with the tool itself). This said, the support group is always able to help in a timely manner and solve the issue for us. I would definitely recommend AppExchange to others and it's been more successful than another tool that we had previously.
